First LEGO League Explore Cargo Connect Event 2022

Our First LEGO League Explore event was a huge success with several schools taking part on Friday 24th June 2022.

The celebration event took place at Waterton Technology Centre where pupils showed off their hard work to the judges and other competing schools. The schools celebrated their journey through the Cargo Connect project, demonstrating their coding work, Bridge Building skills and explaining their Show Me Posters.  St Bernadette’s Primary School won awards for Amazing Movement and Inquiring Minds.  Cwmdar Primary School showed off their creative thinking and teamwork skills in the Bridge Building Challenge and won Construction Innovation as well as Solid as a Rock awards. St Joseph’s Primary School showed great coding work with a variety of different models they had built and were awarded Master Programmer with Outstanding Teamwork.
