Wales Rally GB Competition

2013-2019 – Welsh Government and Big Bang – Engineering UK

From 2013 to 2019, EESW worked with Toyota, Flintshire County Council and the Welsh Government to host Big Bang @Wales Rally GB events in North Wales.  Schools were invited to attend and visit the rally service park and STEM village which included a range of industry exhibitions and had the opportunity to experience a Toyota factory tour. 

As part of the event, EESW hosted an annual competition for pupils to design their own Wales Rally GB car.  Entrants were asked to produce sketches or CAD designed artwork showing their car livery, and one lucky winner had this design applied to the Toyota car.
