FIRST LEGO League JR Bridgend event

Well done to all primary schools who took part in this year's FIRST LEGO League JR!

This year's FIRST LEGO League Junior Bridgend event took place at the Waterton Centre on Wednesday 10th July.  

Eight schools including Llanyrafon Primary School, Cwmdar Primary School, Glyngaer Primary School, Glan Usk Primary School, St Illtyds Primary School, Darran Park Primary School, Ystrad Mynach Primary and St Bernadette's Primary School came along to the event.  The teams showcased their models which were built around this year's theme Mission Moon.  

We would like to thank our volunteer judges from Capgemini and Dwr Cymru Welsh Water, who were very impressed by the effort all pupils had put into building their models and producing their imaginative Show Me posters.  

We hope that all pupils enjoyed the day, and hope to see all schools taking part again next year.
